Most contain the chemical nicotine wich is addictive. when you stop using it you can go into withdrawal and feel depressed and crabby.
According to the researchs the nicotine isn’t good for people with heart problems and some intial research shows it may hurt your arteries , it also may harm the developpi,g brains nd it effect memoy and attention.
How you choose to quiet smoking is a matter of personal choice the best methode is the one that workes for you. doing whatever it takes to be successful and safe is how many pople altimately pproach it. -
